Summary:
Under moderate supervision, provides analysis, trending and costing details to help calibrate Production and Quality Assurance standards against actual performance, as well as to product cost specifications.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities 1.
Supports operations with results driven data to support needs and direction for maximizing performance and accuracies within the manufacturing operation.
2.
Supports continuous improvement initiatives associated with year over year cost reduction.
3.
Identifies measures or indicators associated with operational performance, and possible actions needed to improve or correct performance relative to goals, standards and continuous improvement.
4.
Communicates effectively, utilizing data and documentation supporting proficiency challenges as presented to operations management.
5.
Translates information has been collected and organized to any level of operations team with clarity to all functions.
6.
Assists Operations in supporting short term and long-range goals as it relates to analysis and trending of operational activities as they relate to specifications, standards, costing and budgetary requirements/goals.
7.
Works on the production floor level to observe, understand, record and interact with team members, extracting data from operational activities for accurate application to change.
8.
Demonstrates an aptitude for interacting with corporate cost accounting, information technologists, and other operational team members for cross networking and research needs.
Job Specifications 1.
Experience and proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning systems (ERP), LX preferred, is required.
2.
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business Systems, or equivalent in experience is preferred.
3.
Experience in food manufacturing is preferred.
4.
Experience of Microsoft Suite programs and advanced Microsoft Excel skills is required.
5.
Analytical thinking, attention to detail and dependability.
6.
English/Spanish bilingual a plus.
Working Conditions 1.
Wet, cold, warm, loud, production environment and office setting.
Temperatures may vary from 35 - 110 .
2.
Knowledge and structure of English language including content and composition required.
3.
Speech recognition and clarity required.
4.
Alternate shifts as needed.
5.
Required to stand, walk regularly.
6.
Required to stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl and lift up to 30 lbs.
